DAVID TUTTLE graduated from the University of Washington in 2003 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University in 2006. He is licensed to practice in all courts of Washington and the Western and Eastern District Courts of Washington.
Before joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Tuttle worked as an Investigator for the U.S. Department of Labor-Employee Benefits Security Administrations. While working there he conducted numerous investigations of health plans, retirement plans, and other employee benefit plans.
Mr. Tuttle is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association (Labor Division), the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
